摘要
目的 为制定中国青年女性红细胞压积参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。 方法 收集了中国 133个地区用 Wintrobe法测定的 8486例健康青年女性红细胞压积参考值 ,并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究。 结果 发现海拔高度是影响青年女性红细胞压积参考值最主要的因素。随着海拔高度的逐渐增大 ,青年女性红细胞压积参考值也在逐渐地增大 ,相关性很显著 (r=0 .90 6 )。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出相应回归方程 Y=43.7+ 0 .0 0 2 13X1 - 0 .35 0 X4+ 0 .0 0 15 1X5 ± 4.8。 结论 依据青年女性红细胞压积参考值与地理因素的关系 ,可按青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区。
Objective To provide scientific basis for formulating unified reference hematocrit value for Chinese young women. Methods The hematocrit value (HV) of 8 486 Chinese young women measured by Wintrobe method were collected from 133 different areas of China.The relationships between the measured HV and geographic factors including altitude ( X 1), average annual sunshine hours( X 2),relative humunity ( X 3) ,temperature ( X 4) and precipitation ( X 5) were investigated by analysis of correlation. Results It was found that altitude was the most important factor ( r = 0.906 ) influencing the HV, and a regression equation were derived: (reference HV)=43.7+0.002 13 X 1 -0.350 X 4+0.001 51 X 5±4.8). Conclusion According to the altitude and other geographical factors ,the reference HV of Chinese young women may be given separately for six regions of China:Qingzang region, Southwest region, Northwest region, Southeast region, North China region ,and Northeast region.
