淋巴细胞白介素-2受体及转铁蛋白受体在肝硬化、肝癌患者中的表达

Expression of lymphocyte IL-2R and TfR in patients with cirrhosis and hepatocarcinoma

为探讨肝硬化、肝癌患者机体细胞免疫功能状态 ,采用卵白素·生物素·过氧化物酶复合物法检测其外周血淋巴细胞白介素 -2受体 (IL -2R)及转铁蛋白受体 (TfR)的表达。结果显示 :肝硬化、肝癌患者外周血淋巴细胞IL -2R及TfR的表达比正常对照组明显降低 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,但肝功能分级与IL -2R及TfR表达无关 (P >0 .0 5 )肝癌患者随着病程的进展 ,IL -2R及TfR的表达进一步降低 ,Ⅲ期与Ⅰ期相比差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。提示 :肝硬化、肝癌患者存在细胞免疫功能下降。肝癌患者随着病情加重细胞免疫功能下降更明显。

In order to study the immune functional state in patients with cirrhosis, hepatocarcinoma; the expression of the patients' peripheral blood lymphocyte IL-2R and TfR were determined by using the compound of avidin, biotin and peroxidase. It indicated that the expression of peripheral blood lymphocyte IL-2R and TfR decreased obviously than the normal control group, there was statistical significant difference (P<0.01), but hepatic functional grading had no correlation with IL-2R and TfR (P>0.05). With the progress of the illness, the expression of IL-2R and TfR decressed further in patients with hepatic cancer, the difference between stageⅢ and that stageⅠ was significant (P<0.01). It indicated that the cellular immune function decreased in patients with cirrhosis, hepatocarcinoma. With the development of of the illness, the cellular immune function decreased more obviously in patients with hepatocarcinoma.
