摘要 近日，席卷欧洲的“马肉风波”世界，这是欧洲五年来最大的食品事件，已波及欧洲16个国家，并扩展至亚洲、美洲。“挂牛头卖马肉”丑闻的全球化打了自称＂有世界上最安全食品＂欧洲一记响亮的耳光。
