摘要 长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在癌症中的研究崭露头角,研究显示其在肿瘤的形成中具有潜在的促癌或抑癌作用。人们发现lncRNA在不同肿瘤中经常出现异常表达,但其具体的生物学功能大多数至今尚不清楚。越来越多研究者相继报道了一些lncRNA在肿瘤中潜在的功能及其分子机制,提示lncRNA在肿瘤的发生、发展中具有重要作用。 Long non-coding RNAs （lncRNAs） are emerging as new players in the cancer paradigm demonstrating potential roles in both oncogenic and tumor suppressive pathways. These novel genes are frequently aberrantly expressed in a variety of human cancers, however the biological functions of the vast majority remain unknown. Recently, evidence has been accumulated to illustrate the molecular mechanisms by which these RNAs are functioning, so that to provide insight into the functional roles they may play in tumorigenesis.
