摘要
设计了电力驱动方式的集装箱自动导引车的液压转向和液压行车制动系统,其分别实现了集装箱自动导引车的定位转向和行车制动功能,并通过实车遥控试验,空载最高车速条件下的实测制动距离和最小转弯半径完全满足集装箱自动导引车转向和行车制动的设计要求。
The hydraulic steering system and the service brake system of AGV with the electric drive unit are designed. The systems separately implement the positioning steering and the service brake. Under no load operation and maximum speed, the braking distance and the minimum steering radius completely to satisfy the design requirement of AGV by the vehicle test.
