摘要
拼装机是盾构机的重要组成部分,其液压系统的稳定性直接影响拼装机乃至整个盾构机的正常工作性能。针对实际工作中存在振荡的某拼装机,为了找出振荡的原因,建立盾构管片拼装机液压提升系统物理模型的动态特性方程,并对其进行频域分析。利用MATLAB软件绘制了拼装机液压元件在不同参数工况下的Nyquist响应仿真曲线,通过对系统曲线结果进行对比分析,得到了拼装机的振荡问题的解决方案,并在现场验证了方案的可行性,实现了从全局系统层面进行局部诊断。
The erector is an important part of the shield machine. The performance of the shield machine is directly affected by the stability of its hydraulic system. In order to find the causes of the vibration in the erector in a certain company, the dynamic equations for the physical model have been built for researching the dynamic response of the lifting system of the erector. The Nyquist figures of the components of the hydraulic system in erector are given by the MATLAB software using different parameters according to different conditions. Solutions to the vibration are drawn by the comparison of the results in Nyquist figures. The feasibility of the solutions have been verified in the workshop of the factory. Therefore the diagnosis of certain part is realized by the analysis within the whole system.
