摘要 液压起竖系统故障机理复杂、故障现象隐蔽,依靠传统方法难以及时准确地诊断故障。因此,提出采用Elman神经网络来对液压起竖系统实施故障诊断。利用Elman神经网络建立了故障诊断模型,通过典型特征故障的学习训练后,应用于液压起竖系统的故障诊断。结果表明该诊断方法运行速度快、诊断准确且容易实现。 The faults in hydraulic erection system, which mechanism is complex and phenomenon is hidden, can not diagnose timely and accurately by traditional method. Consequently, the Elman neural network method was put forward to diagnose the faults in hydraulic erection system. Fault diagnsis model was set up by using Elman neural network. After learning and training with faults of typical characteristic, the method was applied to Fault diagnsis in hydraulic erection system. The result indicated that the Elman neural network method was running fast, diagnosing correctly, and realizing easily.
