摘要 在中冶南方为某不锈钢公司设计的一条16mm厚的不锈钢热轧酸洗退火机组上,入口夹送矫直机的下矫直辊在打开位时出现持续缓慢上升的故障现象,针对该现象,在现场对夹送矫直机的液压控制回路进行了故障诊断,逐步排除了液压回路的设计和制造原因,得出造成该故障是由于其液压回路中减压阀的控制口与P口相串通的原因,从而彻底解决了该故障。 In a 16mm stainless steel PL-CAL line supplied by WISDRI to one of his clients, there occurred one problem that bottom leveling rolls of entry flattener were slowly closing at their opened position. To address the problem, efforts were made to check and diagnose hydraulic control circuits of the unit, but not any problem was found in either design or manufacturing. It was found out that the problem occurred because control port of pressure reducing valve in the circuit was connected to P line of the system. Thanks to this finding, the problem was thoroughly eliminated.
