WYL系列立式全自动压滤机压滤机是烟台未来自动装备有限责任公司自行研制的新产品,主要应用于矿山、冶金、化工、食品、制药、污水处理等行业,它完成的工作是把料浆中的固体(小颗粒或粉末)与液体分离,以留下有价值的、舍弃废物(根据行业不同,有取固舍液的,有取液舍固的,也有固液全留的)。目前,上述行业应用的压滤机大部分为卧式,虽然成本相对较低,但其过滤效率低,需要较多的操作人员,且劳动强度大,还有就是其占地面积相对较大。而进口的立式全自动压滤机,价格偏高,且服务不能令人满意。国内有少数企业开发了立式压滤机,但整机的主体结构或某些关键细节存在一定的缺陷,导致设备经常出现问题而不能正常运转,给用户带来很多困扰。因此烟台未来自动装备有限责任公司开发与研制了新一代WYL系列立式全自动压滤机可以满足全新的要求。

WYL series Vertical Automatic Filtering Machine belongs to the new products of Yantai Future Automatic Equipments Co., Ltd. It＇s mainly used in mining, metallurgical, chemical, medical, sewage industry. It＇s main function is to separate solid （granule ＆ powder） from fluid and to keep the needed and discard the waste. （It＇s different situation in different industry, some needs fluid, some needs solid and some needs the both）. At present, we mainly use horizontal type in these industries. The cost is low, but the working efficiency is also low. It needs more people and occupies large space. The imported vertical filtering machine is very expensive and the service is also not that satisfying. In China, there are a few companies that have developed the vertical filtering machine. But there are still some problems with the main structure or some key parts. So sometimes the machine can＇t work, which bothers the customer. To solve the problem, Yantai Future Automatic Equipments Co., Ltd. develop this WYL series vertical automatic filtering machine.
