摘要
机床自动装卸工件大都采用气压传动,缺点是运动不易控制,容易引起冲击和送料定位不准。为了保证送料的平稳性,需要设置缓冲装置,由于空气节流的阻尼效果差,通常都采用液压缓冲装置。该文介绍了在气压传动中采用液压缓冲装置,达到了机床自动装卸工件的准确性。
In machine tool automatic loading and unloading work piece mostly adopts pneumatic transmission, disadvantage is the movement is not easy to control, easy to cause shock and feeding positioning. In order to ensure the smooth feeding, need to set buffer device, because the air throttle damping effect is poor, usually adopts the hydraulic buffer device. This paper introduces in the atmospheric pressure transmission hydraulic buffer device, to automatically machine loading and unloading work pieces accuracy.
