摘要
目的 观察中度和严重急性低压缺氧对大鼠胃肠道粘膜生长抑素 (SS)的影响。 方法2 4只雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分成 3组 :地面组、5 0 0 0 m组和 10 0 0 0 m组。在低压舱内上升至 5 0 0 0 m、10 0 0 0 m各停留 30 min,取胃肠道粘膜 ,用放免法测定胃肠道粘膜 SS含量。 结果 15 0 0 0 m组十二指肠、小肠、盲肠 SS含量均明显高于地面组 ;2 10 0 0 0 m组十二指肠 SS含量显著高于地面组 ,十二指肠、盲肠 SS含量显著低于 5 0 0 0 m组 ;3各高度时胃窦部 SS含量均无显著性变化。 结论 中度急性低压缺氧引起的肠道粘膜 SS含量升高 ,是生物细胞的防护反应。严重缺氧时这种反应减弱或消失。
Objective To explore the effect of moderate and serious acute hypoxia on somatostatin(SS) content in gastrointestinal tract mucosa of rats. Methods Twenty four Wistar rats served as subjects.They were divided into 3 groups:control, 5 000 m and 10 000 m. The later 2 groups underwent 5 000 m and 10 000 m hypoxia for 30 min in hypobaric chamber.SS contents in mucosa of pylorus, duodenum, small intestine and caecum of 3 groups of rats were determined by radioimmunoassy and compared. Results ①The differences of SS contents in mucosa of pylorus among 3 groups were non significant. ②The SS contents in mucosa of duodenum,small intestine and caecum in 5 000 m group were significantly higher than those of control group. ③The SS contents in mucosa of small intestine, and caecum in 10 000 m group were significantly less than those in 5 000 m group. As compared with controls, the differences were non significant. Conclusions SS contents in intestinal mucosa of rats underwent moderate hypoxia were significantly increased .It may be considered as the protective compensative reaction of the organism . As the serious hypoxia (10 000 m)got into the decompensative level,this reaction becomes diminished or disappeared.
