摘要 目的 :探讨快速液体抑制反转恢复脉冲序列 (FastFLAIR)在脑挫裂伤诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法 :回顾性分析 3 6例脑挫裂伤患者的MR表现 ,对FastFLAIR、T2 W /TSE及T1W /SE三种序列进行比较。结果 :在 3 6例脑挫裂伤患者中FLAIR显示病灶较T2 WI清晰者 2 8例 ,在经过腰穿或CT检查证实合并有蛛网膜下腔出血的 2 9例患者中 ,FLAIR序列可 10 0 %明确诊断 ,而T1WI明确诊断的仅 11例 (占 3 7 9% )。结论 :对脑挫裂伤病灶的显示及蛛网膜下腔出血的诊断FLAIR具有重要价值。 Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of fast fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) pulse sequence in craniocerbral trauma. Materials and Methods: MRI findings of thirty six cases of craniocerebral trauma were retrospectively analyzed, FLAIR images were compared with TSE T 2W images and SE T 1W images. Result: In 28 cases, the craniocerebral trauma focuses on FLAIR images were more clear than on TSE T 2W images. 29 cases with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage were well visualized on FLAIR images. However only 11 cases of them were visualized on SE T 1W images (37.9%). Conclusion: FLAIR images is more helpful in diagnosis of craniocerebral trauma and subarachnoid hemorrhage.
