基于服务观念的培养体系与就业关系研究

The Research on relation of High Education Cultivation System and Graduate Employment on the Basis of Service Management

大学毕业生的就业问题已成为全社会关注的焦点,本文以高校人才培养这一公共服务职能为出发点,建立了高校作为公共服务系统的框架模型,以模型为基础对大学生就业问题进行了分析研究,并对本科培养体系与就业问题关系做了实证研究。本文的研究思路可为提高高等教育的服务质量提供借鉴和参考。

The difficult employment situation faced by university graduates has increasingly become the focus of social discussion. From the point of public service function for high education talent training, this paper establishes service system framework for university and analyzes the prr＇-tems of graduate employment, then makes the empirical research on relation of cultivation system and graduate employment. The research thinking proposed in this paper will be helpful for promoting service quality of high education.
