摘要
利用超重力技术在混合气体中分离二氧化碳,设计了一种立式旋转填充床。给出了整体结构以及转子、轴、机体和其他相关的轴系零部件结构设计过程,进行了电机的选择以及相关危险截面和零件的校核,证明了该设计的正确性与可行性,并提出了今后进一步研究的重点。
A vertical rotating packed bed is designed based on the application of high gravity technology in the separation of carbon dioxide in the mixed gas, The design process including the design of the overall structure, the rotor, the shaft, the body and other related parts of the shafting structure, are given. The selection of motor and the examination of dangerous sections and parts are performed. The validity and feasibility of the design have been proved. The focus of further research has been put forward.
