试验设计和优化及其在乳酸菌冻干保护剂筛选中的应用

乳酸菌冻干保护剂的优化对乳酸菌冻干后的存活率起着非常重要的作用。在寻求乳酸菌冻干保护剂最优配方的过程中,试验设计和统计优化发挥着重要作用。文章对近年来常用的试验设计及其优化方法(Plackett-Burman设计、响应面设计和最速上升法等)进行了综述。

The optimization of cryoprotectants is important for the cell survival of lactic acid bacteria by freeze-drying. Experimental design and optimization technique play an important role for optimizing the components and dosage of the cryoprotectants. In this paper, we reviewed the methodologies and techniques used in optimization of the cryoprotectants for lactic acid bacteria, such as plackett-burman design（PB）, response surface optimization （RSM） and steepest ascent design（SAD）.
