藏獒血液乳酸脱氢酶同工酶酶谱的电泳研究

Electrophotic Study on Isozyme spectra of Blood Lactate Dehydrogenase in Tibetan Mastiff

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对 2 1条藏獒的红细胞乳酸脱氢酶 (RBC LDH)和血清乳酸脱氢酶 (S LDH)同工酶酶谱及其多态性进行研究。结果发现 :( 1)RBC LDH同工酶共有 3条区带 ,呈现两种电泳表型 ,11条藏獒为LDH2 A型( 5 7 89%) ,8条藏獒为LDH2a( 4 2 .11%) ;( 2 )S LDH共有 5条区带 ,呈现两种电泳表型 ,2条藏獒为LDH1A( 9 5 2 %) ,19条藏獒为LDH1a( 90 4 8%) ;( 3 )S LDH同工酶 5条区带的电泳迁移率分别为 5 3 60 %,40 80 %,2 5 60 %,9 60 %和 4 0 0 %。

Tibetan mastiff were used to study the isozyme spectra and polymorphism of lactate dehydrogenase in erythrocyte and serum(RBC LDH and S LDH)by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The resules were as follows:(1)The RBC LDH isozyme consisted of three bands and showed both LDH2A and LDH2a phenotypes.The frequences of them were 57.89% and 42.11%,resp.(2)The S LDH isozyme consisted of five bands and showed both LDH1A and LDH1a phenotypes.The frequences of them were 9.55% and 90.48%,resp.
