摘要
印度"东向"政策自上世纪90年代初提出以来,一直是该国政府处理与亚太地区各方关系的指导政策。"东向"政策帮助印度摆脱了冷战结束伊始所面临的外交上的不利局面以及国内经济危机。近年来,随着印度综合国力和国际地位的提升,印度政府赋予其"东向"政策新的内涵,其发展势头从东南亚向东北亚不断推进,对我国产生的影响不容忽视。
Since its initiation in 1990s, India＇ s ＂Look East＂ Policy has always been a guiding policy for its gov- ernment in dealing with relationships with countries in the Asian -Pacific region. This policy has helped the In- dian government to get rid of the unfavorable diplomatic situation and its domestic economic crisis after the end of the Cold War. In recent years, with the increase of Indian comprehensive national strength and its rising international status,＂ Look East＂ Policy has been given new content and been pushed forward from Southeast Asia to Northeast Asia by India government with certain impact on China.
