摘要
周定王陵是许昌市一处待开发的综合性旅游景区,采用"资源价值—开发条件"模型对其进行资源赋存与开发评价,可开发以王陵文化为主题、集民风民俗和山地体验为一体的旅游产品。运用ASEB需求层次和栅格分析方法考察,显现出该景区可开发产品特色不明、游客体验满足层次不高等资源性短板和发展瓶颈,为此应从自然环境、人文环境、服务质量等三方面强化形象建设来弥补产品不足带来的市场缺憾。
Tomb of Zhou Ding King is a comprehensive scenic spot to be developed in Xuchang City. Making use of the model of "resource value--development condition", the tourist products can be developed with cultural theme, local folklore and mountain experience. Using ASEB needs hierarchy and raster analysis method, it is showed that the present developed tourist products lack of features, and tourists are not quite satisfied with their visits. Therefore, some measures should be taken to strengthen the image construction of the Tomb from the natu- ral environment, humanistic environment and service quality so as to make up the market deficiency caused by insufficient products.
