摘要
以 MS为基本培养基 ,加入不同种类和浓度的激素 ,对红松离体胚和 2~ 3a生幼苗的顶芽进行组织培养。在含有激素的培养基上 ,离体胚形成大量愈伤组织和畸形苗。顶芽经过 4~ 5个月培养后 ,在细胞分裂素含量较高的培养基上形成少量侧芽 ,在生长素类激素含量较高时发生不定根。
The Koran pine (Pinus koraiensis) embryo scaled from seed and Koran pine terminate bud excised from 2~3 years old seedlings were cultured on MS culture medium which was added into hormone with different concentrations. The embryo formed into a lot of callus and transformed into teratosis plants when were cultured on MS with hormone. Terminate buds differentiated a little of lateral buds when were cultured on MS with high concentration of cytokinin, and generated differentiate roots when were cultured on MS with high concentration of growth hormone after 4~5 months.
