柠条种子生活力衰退的研究

Study on declination of seed vitality of Caragana microphylla

柠条是我国重要的抗逆性植物 ,是治理沙漠的重要先锋树种之一 ,比较适合于大面积的飞播造林 ,但柠条种子随着保存时间的延长 ,生活力渐低。本文对种子贮藏时间同发芽率的关系做了进一步的研究 ,贮藏时间 3a以上的种子生活力已经很弱 。

Caragana microphylla is an important adversity-assistant plant in China and is one of the pioneer species used in desert control. The species suits to be sowed by plane in large area generation. But its seed vitality decreases with stockpile prolong. Thus the relationship between store time and germinating rate was studied in the paper. Result showed that the seed vitality was very low and the seeds did not suit to be sowed in afforestation when store time was over 3 years.
