CO2激光联合光动力法治疗尖锐湿疣39例护理体会

CO2 laser combined with photodynamics in treatment of condyloma acuminatum: Nursing Experience for 39 patients

目的:探讨CO2激光联合光动力法治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效和总结护理经验。方法:39例尖锐湿疣患者采用CO2激光联合光动力法治疗,并选择39例尖锐湿疣患者单纯用CO2激光治疗作为对照组,观察其治疗效果并总结护理经验。结果:治疗组1次治愈37例(94.87%),对照组1次治愈30例(76.92%),统计学具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:CO2激光联合光动力法治疗尖锐湿疣具有操作方法简便、治愈率高的优点。做好尖锐湿疣患者的综合护理对提高疗效具有重要意义。

Objectives：To evaluate the curative effect of CO2 laser combined with photodynamics in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,and to explore the best methods of nursing care during the treatment.Methods：Thirty-nine condylomata acuminata patients were treated with CO2 laser combined with photodynamics.Anther 39 condylomata acuminata patients in the control group only received CO2 laser treatment.All patients were assessed 6 months after treatment.Result：Complete recovery was obtained in 37 patients（94.87%） in the treatment group,and 30（76.92%）in the control group.There was statistical difference between the two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusions：CO2 laser combined with photodynamics is simple in its operation and effective in its curative efficacy.Comprehensive nursing care is of great importance for condyloma acuminatum patients who received CO2 laser treatment combined with photodynamics.
