摘要
建立了百万核电辅材中Pb、Cu元素同时测定的ICP-MS方法。用该方法对100多种辅材制品中的Pb、Cu元素进行了直接测定。该法灵敏度、精密度和准确度都能满足有关标准的要求,具有样品前处理简单、多元素同时分析、干扰少、测定快速准确、省时省力等优点。
The simultaneous determination of Pb and Cu element in the million nuclear power auxiliary with ICP-MS method is established. By this method, the Pb and Cu in over 100 kinds of auxiliary products are determined directly. The sensitivity, precision and accuracy of this method can meet the requirements of the relevant standards. It has the advantage of simple samples pre-treatment, multi-element simultaneous analysis, less interference, and it can determine fast and accurately, save time and effort.
