摘要
传统继电保护装置基于各种继电器的配合实现保护和控制功能,微机继电保护装置的成功应用大大简化了保护和控制回路,降低了回路故障率,在断路器应用上获得普遍认可。但传统继电保护装置和微机继电保护装置多针对高压断路器的应用而设计、开发,由于接触器的电气控制原理图的自身设计原因,在黄岛发电厂#5、#6机组运行过程中出现FC开关跳闸拒动,造成开关烧毁现象。本文针对该问题,对机械保持型高压真空接触器的电气控制原理进行了较为详细的分析,并提出了可靠的解决办法。
The traditional protection devices achieve protection and control functions based on a variety of relays Coordination, the successful application of microcomputer relay protection device greatly simplifies protection and control loop and reduces loop failure rate, generally getting recognition in the breaker applications. But the traditional protection devices and microcomputer relay protection device is designed and developed for high voltage circuit breaker application, as the design reasons of electrical contactor control schematic, the FC switch tripping miss operation in Huangdao Power Plant the No.5 and the No.6 running, causing the switch burned phenomenon. Due to the problem, this paper carry out a more detailed analysis analyses for electrical control principle of high-voltage vacuum contactors with the maintaining mechanical type and proves reliable solution.
