随着我国地方金融机构和准金融机构的快速发展,地方政府日益承担更多的金融管理职责。如何规范地方政府的金融管理行为,推动地方金融事业健康发展,已成为当前金融体制改革的一项重要议题。本文通过分析地方金融管理体制的现状,深入阐述其存在的必要性以及存在的问题,并提出完善地方政府金融管理体制的相关建议。

With the rapid development of local financial institutions and quasi-financial institutions, the local governments take on more financial management responsibilities increasingly. How to regulate the behavior of the local government on financial management and promote the healthy development of local financial industries has become an important topic of the current reform of the financial system. This paper analyzes the status quo of the local financial management system, and the details of the need for its existence, as well as the problems in it. And then it puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the financial management system of local government.
