创新背景下我国证券公司研究业务转型思考

Reflections on China Securities Companies' Research Business Transformation under the Background of Innovation

本文研究了当前我国证券公司研究模式的主要特征,分析了创新背景下我国证券公司研究模式存在的主要问题。在借鉴国外投资银行的研究模式、研究理念和研究特点的基础上,本文提出我国证券公司研究模式应从传统的卖方研究转向买方研究,加强对国外市场的研究和国际市场信息的转化;大型证券公司研究所应走全业务链与海外研究结合模式,中小型证券公司研究机构应转向差异化研究与对内服务结合模式。

This paper studies the main features of research module of securities companies of China currently, analyzes the main flaws existing of that module under the background of innovation. Based on learning from the research module, research ideas and research characteristic, the authors argue that China should move from traditional seller-oriented research to buyeroriented research, strengthen the study on foreign markets and the transformation of the international market information; Large securities companies＇ research institutes should choose the model that the whole business chain combined with overseas research; and small and medium-sized securities companies＇ research institution should choose the model that differentiates research combined with internal service.
