苹果渣营养成分分析及饲用价值评估

Analysis of nutrition compositions of dried apple pulp and evaluation of their potentiality for feed

采用我国颁布的饲料测定方法，对陕西省10个果汁厂出产的苹果渣营养成分进行了测定，测定结果：苹果渣含水量77.8 %，干物质中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分含量分别为：6.2 %、6.8 %、16.9 %、2.3 %；钙0.06 %、磷0.06 %、微量元素Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Se分别为11.8、158.0、15.4、14.0、0.08 mg/kg；氨基酸含量与甘薯干较为接近，总糖15.08 %。重金属、农药残留量低于我国饲料卫生标准和食品卫生标准。故苹果渣作为猪、牛、羊饲料是安全可靠的。

The nutrition compositions of dried apple pulp from 10 fruit juice factories of Shanxi province were determined with feed determination method issued in China. The results showed that water, crude protein, crude fat, crude fibre and crude ash are 77.8 %, 6.2 %, 6.8 %, 16.9 % and 2.3 %, respectively in dried apple pulp, Calaium 0.06 %, Phosphorue 0.06 %, total carbohydrate 15.8 %. Trace elements Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn and Se are 11.8, 158.0, 15.4, 14.0 and 0.08 mg/kg, respectively. Amino acid content is similar to that of dried sweet potato. Heary metal content and insecticide remainant are lower than health standard of feed and food in China. Thus, it is safe to use dried apple pulp as feed to pig, cattle, goat and sheep.
