摘要
就近年来国内外对磷化氢作为昆虫呼吸毒剂的生化研究热点问题 ,如昆虫对磷化氢的吸收 ;磷化氢在昆虫细胞内的分布 ;磷化氢抗性昆虫品系对磷化氢吸收量降低与主动排除机制的关系 ;磷化氢与线粒体呼吸酶系的相互作用等进行综述 .
It was reviewed several popular studied problems of phosphine as a respiration poison to insects in biochemistry at home and abroad recently.The problems such as phosphine absorption by insects,phosphine distribution in inesct cells,lower absorption of resisant inescts to phosphine and its relationship with the active exclusion mechanism,interactions of phosphine to respiration enzymes in cell mitochondria.were discussed It will be of great importance in studying biochemical toxicity of phoshpine to inescts and using it scientificaly and exploring new ytpe of fumigant in the future.
