组织工程骺板软骨治疗骺板损伤的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 骺板损伤出现的骨桥组织常引起患儿的肢体短缩及成角畸形,临床上采用骨桥切除,各种材料填充的方法仅适用于小面积的骺板损伤。近年来,众多组织工程骺板软骨的实验研究致力于促进骺板组织再生及防止骨桥形成,在治疗骺板损伤的方法取得了比较满意的实验结果。
