分析了生物材料有效成分的分离特点及极性特征 ,概述了生物材料有效成分超临界流体萃取的基本工艺流程和设备 ,综述了近年来生物材料有效成分超临界流体萃取的研究进展 。
In this paper, the polar characteristics and separatin principles of biomaterial's effective components have been studied, and the basic tachnology processes and equipment of Supercritical Fluids Extraction(SFE) for biomaterials are discussed. Recent activities and progress on extraction effective components from biomaterials by supercritical CO 2 are reviewed. The esistent problems arepresented, and the research trends in the near future are also analyzed.
