摘要 采用实验室烘箱加速老化,研究了硅橡胶力学性能变化情况,利用二分法和线性回归估计分析确定了硅橡胶老化寿命方程和阿累尼乌斯方程中相关参数的值。以拉伸强度保留率作为老化指标,建立了硅橡胶室温存储条件下的寿命预测方程,并以拉伸保留率下降到80%作为老化指标,推测出在95%的置信水平下,硅橡胶的存储寿命为26.46年。 Mechanical properties of silicone rubber were studied by Oven accelerated aging test. Dichotomy and linear regression analysis were used for confirming relevant parameters of silicone rubber in life equation and Arrhe- nius equation. The tensile strength retention rate was used as aging indicators and the storage life prediction equa- tion at room temperature was established. The storage life of silicone rubber in room temperature was 26.46 years at 95% of confidence level, when the aging indicators dropping to 80% was set as a standard.
