摘要
随着造纸原料从原生浆向废纸浆的转变、白水封闭循环程度的提高、酸性造纸向中性造纸转变,造纸湿部化学系统发生了巨大的变化,溶解胶体物质(DCS,阴离子垃圾)的增加使得传统的过程助剂已经适应不了新的湿部化学系统。过程助剂的失效、留着率下降,导致系统中的有害物质进一步增加,进而形成恶性循环,严重影响企业的节水减排工作的开展。该文探讨了过程助剂(主要是固着剂和助留助滤剂)在节水减排中的作用和效果,以及相互之间的关系、作用原理,阐述了基于节水减排条件下过程助剂的发展方向。
With the circulation system, raw material switched from virgin pulp to recycled pulp, the enhance of closed whitewater and the change from acidic papermaking system to neutral papermaking system, great change has occurred in papermaking wet end chemistry system. The increase of dissolved and colloidal substances(anionic trash) leads to no adaptability of traditional additives under the new wet end chemistry system. The failure of the process additive and decreased retention rate cause further accumulation of detrimental substances, which forms vicious cycle and affects enterprise's water conservation and wastewater reduction severely. The function and effect of process additives(mainly anionic trash catchers and retention and drainage systems) on water conservation and wastewater reduction, their relationship and function mechanism, and their development direction based on water conservation and wastewater reduction were discussed in this paper.
