矿物复合纤维替代部分植物纤维用于双胶纸的试验研究

摘要 该文用矿物复合纤维替代部分草浆、针叶木机械浆和阔叶木化学浆用于双胶纸的抄造试验,主要探究了矿物复合纤维替代部分草浆、针叶木机械浆和阔叶木化学浆后对双胶纸松厚度、抗张指数、裂断长、撕裂指数、挺度、耐折度和表面吸收性等性能指标的影响,探讨了矿物复合纤维的应用前景。试验研究结果表明,矿物复合纤维在一定的添加范围内,可以有效地保持成纸强度,而且可以有效地保持成纸松厚度、挺度和施胶度等性能。 Papermaking test was carried out with partial replacement of straw pulp, softwood mechanical pulp and hardwood chemical pulp used in offset paper production by mineral composite fiber in this paper. Mainly, the effects of substitution on properties of offset paper produced, such as bulkness, tensile index, breaking length, tear index, stiffness, folding endurance and surface absorption and so on, were discussed. Also the application prospect of mineral composite fiber was investigated. Test results showed that not only strength properties of final paper but also bulkness, stiffness, sizing degree and so on were sustained effectively when mineral composite fiber addition was in certain range.
