恶性肿瘤颅骨转移11例临床分析及文献复习

Clinical report of 11 patients with skull metastasis and review of literature

目的:探讨恶性肿瘤颅骨转移的临床特点和诊疗方法。方法:回顾性分析11例恶性肿瘤颅骨转移患者的临床资料。结果:以多发颅骨转移为主(9/11),同时伴发颅外其他部位骨转移(9/11)。头痛、头昏、呕吐等神经系统症状多发(7/11)。综合治疗有效,随访未再发生颅骨转移相关性骨相关事件及死亡。结论:恶性肿瘤颅骨转移在临床上较少见,早期发现及干预可减少颅骨转移骨相关病症的发生,提高晚期肿瘤患者的生存质量。

Objective：To study the clinical manifestations and treatment of skull metastasis. Methods：A total of 11 patients with skull metastasis were analyzed retrospectively. Result. Of 11 patients, most were multiple osseous me- tastases（9/l 1 ）and most accompanied with other sites of osseous metastases（9/11 ）. 7 patients had neural symptoms such as headache, dizziness and vomit. Comprehensive treatments were effective. Nobody had skeletal - related events or died of skull metastasis. Conclusion：Skull metastasis is rare. Early detection and treatment can reduce skeletal - related events and improve the quality of life of patients.
