摘要 肝再生磷酸酶(PRL)家族包含PRL-1、PRL-2、PRL-3三个亚型,是一种新型蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶。研究表明其具有双特异性磷酸酶活性,通过参与有丝分裂,缩短细胞周期,加快细胞的生长、成熟等生理功能。在大肠癌、非小细胞肺癌等恶性肿瘤中,PRL的异位异常表达可以影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移等途径,为其在肿瘤的分子靶点检测、个体化诊断治疗、判定预后情况等临床行为中的潜在价值提供了理论依据。现综述PRL的生物学功能及其在肿瘤的发生、转移等过程的研究进展。 The phosphatase of regenerating liver(PRL) family contains three subtypes, PRL - 1, PRL - 2, and PRL - 3,they are a new type of protein tyrosine phosphatase. That they have the activity of dual specificity phosphatase, through participating inmitosis and shortening the cell cycle, and can accelerate cell growth,maturity and other physi- ological functions. In some malignant tumors, such as colorectal dancer, non - small cell lung cancer, the abnormal and ectopic expression of PRLs can affect the proliferation, invasion in tumor ceils, It provides a theoretical basis for the potential value for the detection of tumor molecular target, individualized diagnosis and treatment, determining the prognosis in clinical behavior. This article reviews study progress of PRLs about its biological functions and the mech- anism of action in tumor occurrence, development and invasion.
