摘要 肿瘤的发生是一个多因素、多阶段的演进过程,近年来研究发现,L1-CAM在人类多种恶性肿瘤中表达增高,并与肿瘤的进展、转移、侵袭、预后密切相关,是肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。因此,深入研究L1-CAM在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用及其机制,对开发有关L1-CAM的靶向药物,在肿瘤治疗上能否取得突破将具有重要意义。本文对L1-CAM的结构、生物学功能、肿瘤组织中的L1-CAM与信号转导机制以及L1-CAM在不同肿瘤组织中的表达等进行综述,并对其应用前景进行展望。 Tumorigenesis is a multi -factor, multi -stage evolution process, the study found that in recent years, in- creased expression of the L1 - CAM in many human malignancies and tumor progression, metastasis, invasion, the prognosis is tumor treatment potential target. In - depth study L1 - CAM in cancer effect and its mechanism in the development,the development of the L1 -CAM targeted drugs in cancer therapy, whether a breakthrough wiU be im- portant, L1 - CAM structure, biological function, tumor tissue in the L1 - CAM and signal transduction mechanisms, and L1 -CAM expression in different tumors are reviewed.
