Ideas of Treating Renitis

西医的肾炎病 ,以中医病理分析 ,认为病在肺、脾、肾三脏 ,根据 3脏受累情况 ,还能归纳出4类 9种病证 ,以病位病类为基础 ,笔者设计出肾炎基础方 ,在临诊时随证加减 ,以尽配药之巧 ,已能适用于各种类型的肾炎病人。本文还对产生蛋白尿的病理 ,提出立论侧重脾、肾者 ,注意肺的重要性。认为 :只要精细辨证 ,合理施治 ,均可达到治愈的目的。

Renitis in Western Medicine is analyzed from pathology in Chinese Medicine,believing that the diseases lie in three organs:lung,spleen and kidney.According to the degree of organs being injured,diseases may be classified into nine types of four kinds.On the basic analysis of disease part and kinds,the author here advises the basic medicine of treating renitis.It will be right for all kinds of renitis patients,provided that the quantity of the medicine could be added or reduced while treating different patients.According to the cause of protein urine,people preferring spleen and kidney should pay special attention to lung,identified carefully and treated properly,the patients will be well soon.
