参麦注射液治疗慢性肾衰并发心力衰竭20例

Observation of 20 Cases on Treatment Effect of Ginseng-Ophiopogonis Injection on CRF Leading to CF

对 2 0例慢性肾衰(CRF) 并发心力衰竭患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组采用参麦注射液静脉滴注为主治疗 ,对照组以地高辛为主口服 ,两组降压、利尿等对症处理及CRF基础治疗相同 ,7～ 1 0天为 1疗程。结果 :治疗组心力衰竭显效率及总有效率分别为 55%及 75% ,显著高于对照组的 2 0 %及 4 0 % (p<0 .0 1) 。证明参麦注射液对CRF并发心力衰竭有较好的治疗效果。

cases of patients suffered by chronic renal failure (CRF) leading to cardial failure(CF) are randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group is cured mainly by Ginseng-Ophiopogonis injection;while the control group is by digoxin tablet.Two groups are similar in CRF basic treatment and expectant disposal such as hypotension,diuresis,et al.And 7～10 days is a course of treatment.The results show that the treatment group's apparent effect rate is 55% and total effect rate is 75%,which is much higher than those of the control group's 20% and 40%(P<0.01).So Ginseng-Ophiopogonis injection has a good effect on CRF leading to CF.
