圣惠大青丸治疗系统性红斑狼疮中度活动43例

Cases of moderately active (SLE) treated with Shenghui Daqing pill.

运用圣惠大青丸加减 ,对 4 3例中度活动性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE) 患者进行治疗。观察 2 4小时尿蛋白定量、血抗核因子(ANF) ,抗DS—DNA抗体、抗SM抗体、血C3、血沉等。结果发现治疗 4周后 9例、8周后 2 7例病情由中度活动转为稳定 ,总有效率 83 % ,未见毒副反应。

patients suffering from moderately active systemic lupus erthematosus(SLE) were treated by use of Shenghui Daging Pill Their 24-hour ruine protein quantitative analysis was conducted,and such indexes as ANF, anti-DS-DNA antibody,anti-SM antibody,blood C 3 and erythrocyte sediment were also measured.The results showed that 9 cases and 27 cases of the disease became stable in 4 and 8 weeks respectively with no adverse or toxic reaction found,the efficiency rate totaling 83%.
