摘要
介绍李玉幸治疗胃脘痛的经验 :明辨病因 ,审因论治 ;辨证论治基础上注意舌象 ,临床分型 ,以湿热中阻者多见 ,以平胃散加减 ;脾胃虚寒者 ,用香砂六君子汤 ,肝胃不和者用柴胡疏肝散 ,舌红 ,苔黄者佐以左金丸 ,病久者佐以活血 ;辨证与辨病相结合 ;调治结合。
