黄连解毒汤血清对肝损伤小鼠巨噬细胞产生细胞因子的影响——附药理学研究

Influence of Cytokines in Hepatic Injury Mice of Macrophage by Mice′s Serum Containing Huang Lian Jie Du Decoction (MSHDD)

目的 为观察含黄连解毒汤血清对肝损伤小鼠巨噬细胞产生IL -6、IL -1的影响。方法 采用灌胃高、中、低三剂量黄连解毒汤 3天后心脏取血制备含黄连解毒汤血清 ,腹腔注射D -氨基半乳糖制作肝损伤动物模型 ,取该小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 ,在体外加脂多糖、含中药血清 ,收集巨噬细胞内、外液 ,检测IL -6、IL -1水平。结果表明 ,含黄连解毒汤血清高、中、低三剂量均可有效提高巨噬细胞外IL-6水平 ;高剂量可提高巨噬细胞内IL -6水平。用该方法未检测到IL -1。结论 :含黄连解毒汤血清可提高肝损伤小鼠巨噬细胞产生IL -6水平。

Hepatic injury was induced by injected D-galactosamine. Their macrophages were taken and induced by LPS and MSHDD. The IL-6、IL-1 outside and inside macrophage was tested by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that: ① MSHDD (5g/ml,2.5g/ml,1.25g/ml) could significantly increase the IL-6 outside macrophage; ② MSHDD (5g/ml) could also increase the IL-6 inside the macrophage;③ There was no IL-1 that could be tested.
