Determination of Organic Solvent Residue in Carvedilol By GC

采用气相色谱法测定卡维地洛中残留溶剂甲醇、异丙醇、甲苯的含量。结果为：甲醇在 10～ 160μ g/ml的浓度范围内，回归方程为 Y=2.288X－ 0.0072 r=0.9998；异丙醇在 160～ 800μ g/ml的浓度范围内，回归方程为 Y=3.5465X＋ 0.0960 r=0.9997；甲苯在 30～ 160μ g/ml的浓度范围内，回归方程为 Y=9.1875X＋ 0.1174 r=1.0000。结果表明：以上各浓度范围，线性关系良好。本法简便易行，结果准确。

A GC method was used to determine the residual organic solvent of the Methanol,Isopropanlo and Methylbenzene in Carvedilol.Injected at 230 centigrade,the sample was analyzed on a GDX－ 401 column with FID detection under 250 centigrade.A good Linearity was observed over the range of 10 to 160μ g/ml (methanol),of 160 to 800μ g/ml(Isopropanol)and of 30 to 160μ g/ml (Methylbenzene).The method was proved simple,rapid and sensitive in determination of Methanol,Isopropanol and Methylbenzene in Carvedilol.
