胶束电动毛细管色谱法分离四种四环素类抗生素的方法

Inquird into the method seperation of four kinds of tetracycline antibiotics by MECC

对用不同的表面活性剂的胶束电动毛细管色谱法分离四种四环素类抗生素的方法进行了初步的研究。结果表明， Triton X－ 100的 MECC法可获得令人满意的结果，而阳离子及阴离子的表面活性剂之 MECC法分离效果较差。本文还对造成各个结果的原因进行了分析。该方法可为测定四环素类药物提供一定的参考。

This paper reported that the seperation of four kinds of tetracycline antibiotics by MECC.We got more satisfied results with Txiton x－ 100 than ion cation surface active agent and ion anion surface active agent by MECC.We also discussed the reasons about got the results.This method can be refereced when tetracycline antibiotics was determined by MECC.
