摘要
包括光伏、风能在内的新能源产业之争,已在中美之间初露端倪。在能源和气候变化领域,中国逐渐崛起为世界上能源消耗量和温室气体排放量仅次于美国的工业化国家。讨论中美新能源合作及如何应对全球气候变暖,逐渐成为了中美关系的热点议题。本文分析中美清洁能源技术开发与转让和节能减排目标确定两大新能源合作关键议题的合作困境,并使用"博弈均衡"这一概念,讨论如何促进中美新能源合作,以更好地推动崛起中的中国与美国关系的建设性发展。
The new energy trade dispute involving photovoltaic power and wind power industries has been highlighted in Sino-U.S.relations.In the field of new energy,China has risen to the second largest energy consumption and green-house gas emission country besides the U.S.The issue of Sino-U.S.new energy cooperation and how to deal with the climate change has become the hot topic between the two countries.This thesis discusses the cooperation barrier of clean energy technology development and transfer and setting the goal of emission reduction target,and the solution is to apply the gaming equilibrium concept to foster Sino-U.S.new energy cooperation,in order to further promote the constructive development of the relationship between a rising China and the U.S.
