饮食文化是一切文化的基石,一个民族的食物特征决定其文化色彩,博物馆中的许多文物造型反映着烹饪文化特征。蚕丛时代,以"蚕"为代表的古蜀国昆虫烹饪原料、食虫文化光照千秋,古蜀国食虫文化对人类的生存发展有重要的启迪意义。
Culinary culture is a cornerstone of all national culture.characteristics of food determine the culture color and object shape,reflect the characteristics of the culinary culture.In the Cancong Era,represented by the 'silkworm',the ancient shu used insect to cook materials,Insectivorous culture are far-reaching influence.Insectivorous culture has important significance for human survival and development.
