火把节是我国西南地区彝族、白族等少数民族的传统节日。本文旨在通过查考明清以来文献中关于火把节传说的记载,探讨火把节的来历、火把节与星回节的关系以及火把节的影响,以便民族文化爱好者对这一流传久远的少数民族节日有更多的了解。

Torch festival is our traditional festival of the Yi,Bai and other ethnic minorities in southwest China.The purpose of this paper is to search the records of torch festival legend since the Ming and Qing dynasty literature,then discuss the origins of the Torch festival,the relation between Torch festival and Star festival,the influence of Torch festival.In order to lead persons who love national culture learn more about the festivals of ethnic minorities which has a widely circulated folk culture and folk customs.
