不同时机行去骨瓣减压术治疗恶性大脑中动脉脑梗死效果的比较 被引量：4

摘要 恶性大脑中动脉梗死主要是血栓、栓子等导致的大脑中动脉主干完全闭塞,进而引起严重的脑水肿、脑疝。临床主要表现为头痛、呕吐、视乳头水肿、神经功能障碍甚至意识水平下降等,也是引起脑梗死患者死亡的主要原因之一。
