红松松子壳多糖对Hela细胞增殖的影响 被引量:2

摘要 利用离子交换层析技术对水提醇沉法制得的PPSP进行了分离纯化,得到2种组分PPSP1和PPSP2。设293T细胞为对照细胞,经噻唑蓝还原法(MTT法)检测不同浓度的PPSP1、PPSP2对Hela细胞增殖的抑制程度。结果发现PPSP1、PPSP2对Hela细胞的增殖均有抑制作用,且抑制程度均随着浓度的增加而增大,呈剂量依赖性,其中PPSP1对Hela细胞的增殖抑制程度最显著;但低浓度的PPSPs对于293T细胞的增殖有促进作用,高浓度下显示出了一定的抑制作用(P<0.001)。试验结果表明红松松子壳多糖在体外对Hela细胞的增殖有抑制作用。 In the current study,polysaccharide fractions,PPSP1 and PPSP2,were isolated by ion- exchange chromatography. With 293T cell as the control cell, MTT assay was used to determine the anti-proliferative effect of two PPSPs fractions on Hela cells. The results showed that prolif- eration of Hela cells was inhibited by PPSP1 and PPSP2 at four concentrations, and the effects were dose-dependent, moreover, PPSP1 showed a significant inhibition on proliferation of Hela cells. But the proliferation of 293T cell was at the low concentrations, while it was inhibited at high concentrations(P〈0. 001). The research reveals that the proliferation of Hela cell could be inhibited by PPSPs in vivo.
