地克珠利对肉鸡生长、屠宰性能、免疫机能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effect of diclazuril's on production and slaughter performance,immune action and serum biochemical indices of broilers

摘要 选用288只1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别于基础日粮中添加1、2、4mg/kg地克珠利,试验期49d。结果表明,基础日粮中添加1~4mg/kg地克珠利对肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能均无显著影响(P>0.05);1mg/kg地克珠利组肉鸡免疫器官指数、新城疫抗体效价和外周血T淋巴细胞转化率与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05),2、4mg/kg组外周血T淋巴细胞转化率显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),4mg/kg组肉鸡于28日龄免疫器官指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清新城疫抗体效价显著低于对照组(P<0.05);肉鸡血清淀粉酶活性,2、4mg/kg组于28、35(停药0d)、42日龄(停药7d)显著低于对照组和1mg/kg组(P<0.05或P<0.01);3个试验组血清总蛋白含量于28、35(停药0d)、42日龄(停药7d)均显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)高于对照组;血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性,2、4mg/kg组于28日龄显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)高于对照组和1mg/kg组;4mg/kg组于35日龄(停药0d)和42日龄(停药7d)显著低于对照组和其他2个试验组(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清葡萄糖含量各组间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。49日龄(停药14d)各组间上述血清生化指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。相关分析表明,血清总蛋白含量和葡萄糖含量与平均日增重间存在着极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01),总超氧化物歧化酶活性与平均日增重间存在着极显著的负相关关系(P<0.01)。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of diclazuril on production and slaughter performance, immune action and serum biochemical indices of broilers. Two hundred and eighty-eight AA Broilers at the age of 1 d were selected and divided into 4 treatments with 6 rep- licates of 12 broilers each. Four treatments were supplemented with 0 mg/kg (Groupl), 1 mg/kg (Group2), 2 mg/kg (Group3), 4 mg/kg (Group4) diclazuril in the basal diets, respectively. The experi- ment lasted for seven weeks. The results showed that compared with the control group, each addition lev- el had no significant difference in the production and slaughter performance;the group with 1 mg/kg di- clazuril had no significant difference in the immune organs indices, the serum antibody titre of NDV and the transformation rates of peripheral T lymphocyte compared with the control group (P〉 0. 05) ; The transformation rate of peripheral T lymphocyte of the groups with 2 mg/kg and 4 mg/kg diclazuril was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);at 28 d, the immune organs indices of the group with 4 mg/kg diclazuril was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05), but the ser- um antibody titre of NDV of this group was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05) ;at 28 d,35 d (withdrawal 0 d)and 42 d (withdrawal 7 d) ,the activity of AMS of the groups with 2 mg/kg and 4 mg/kg diclazuril was significantly lower than the control group and the group with 1 mg/kg diclazuril(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), each addition level could significantly increase the content of total protein in ser- um(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ;at 28 d,the activity of T-SOD of the groups with 2 mg/kg and 4 mg/kg di- clazuril was significantly higher than the control group and the group with 1 mg/kg diclazuril(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);at 35 d (withdrawal 0 d)and 42 d (withdrawal 7 d),the activity of T-SOD of the group with 4 mg/kg diclazuril was significantly lower than the control group and the other experimental groups (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ;compared with the control group, each addition level had no significant difference on the content of glucose (P〉0.05) ;at 49 d (withdrawal 14 d) ,there were no significant difference a- mong all of the groups in all of the serum biochemical indices aboved (P〉0.05). Correlation analyses showed that the content of total protein and the content of glucose were significantly positive correlated with the average daily gain (P〈0.01), highly significant negative correlation was found between the ac- tivity of T-SOD and the average daily gain (P〈0.01).
