致死性紧张症的治疗及护理

Treatment and Nursing Care of Lethal Catatonia

目的 :探讨致死性紧张症的有效治疗及护理方法。方法 :采用常规抗精神病药物及对症治疗疗效不佳时 ,采用电休克治疗 ,1次 /d。结果 :在治疗 3次～ 5次后症状开始改善 ,5次～ 13次后均痊愈。结论 :常规治疗致死性紧张症无文时采用电休克治疗可取得显著疗效。

Objective To investigate the effective ways of treating lethal catatonia. Methods When the disease failed to be treated with routine neuroleptic,it was treated by electroshock therapy.Results The syptoms were improved when the patients were treated three to five times,and they were cured after recieving treatments five to thirteen times.Conclusion Electroshock therapy has a effectual results in treating lethal cafatonia when routine neuroleptics failed.
