摘要
根据2012年汛期坪头水电站各机组轴瓦温度的变化情况,从机组自身、环境气温等方面综合分析各机组轴瓦温度升高的原因,并着重探寻为什么检修后2号机组水导瓦温较检修前有所上升。得出系环境气温上升导致各机组轴瓦温度普遍升高以及由于冷却器管路堵塞引起2号机组水导瓦温偏高的结论。在疏通管路后,2号机组水导瓦温最终得到了有效改善,并为电站安全可靠运行提供了可供借鉴的经验。
According to the temperature change of turbine guide bearings in Pingtou Hydropower Statlon, mls paper ana,yzes me cau- ses of the temperature arising from every unifs situation, environment temperature and so on. And it focuses on exploring why the temperature of 2 unit hydraulic turbine guide bearing increased a little more than before. Then this conclusion is reached: elevated environmental temperatures cause the temperature of guide bearings of units to increase, and the temperature of 2 unit hydraulic tur- bine guide bearing to rise because the cooling pipe is plugged. Finally, the temperature of turbine guide bearing has effectively been increased, and instructive lessons for safe and reliable operation of the station has been provided.
